Do you offer in store pick up?
Yes. In store pick up is available for all online orders. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready.
When can I pick up my order?
Once order has been placed, allow 24hrs for your order to be ready. When picking up order, please have confirmation e-mail ready.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes — They must present the order confirmation email & a valid photo ID.
How long will my order be held for pick up?
Orders are available for pick-up 24 hours after purchase and must be collected within 5 business days. After this time, the customer forfeits the right to claim their items. Please bring a government-issued photo ID, which is required to release your order. By selecting in-store pick-up, you agree not to issue chargebacks or disputes against ELEVEN23.
