Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Once processed, orders are shipped out immediately.

- Next Day Air (1 business day) — available at checkout
Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
(Applies to standard shipping only. Express and Next Day Air are excluded.)

We ship orders via UPS and USPS.
Carrier is automatically selected at checkout based on the fastest and most reliable option for your location.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
ELEVEN23 is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
If your package is returned, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Once your order has shipped, ELEVEN23 is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
For lost or delayed packages, you must contact UPS or USPS directly to file a claim. We do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.
